OUR EXPERIENCE We realized structures under water, on borders of rivers, lakes and seas. We've successfully manage complex pump systems, wellpoint systems, pipe nets and canalizations, 24-7 non-stop pumping systems and we're highly qualified to program and realize works in presence of water (near or under).
Works in water need a high care not only during the execution stage but even more in the early study and project.
CAREFUL STUDY
It's fundamental the study of the pre-construction and post-construction conditions, environnement conditions, geological and geotechnic data to spot the best solution.
ERRORS TO AVOID
The wrong solution can cause very dangerous consequences like massive extracosts, delays and sometimes even the failure of the entire operation.
Usually the best solution is integrated with works that allow to monitor and control the water level during the works and expecially after the delivery of the building.
